Step-by-step guide
Get your store live
Open the public storefront, check what shoppers will see, turn on ordering, and confirm that a signed-out shopper can reach checkout.
-
Open the store you want to launch
- Sign in and open your account.
- Find the correct store.
- Select Manage this store.
If your account has more than one store, check the store name before changing settings or making it live.
Select Manage this store for the store you are preparing to launch. This screenshot uses a fictional training account. -
Open your public store
- From the store dashboard, find your store name at the top.
- Select the Storefront link outlined in red below.
- Your public store opens at its assigned URL.
You can view the store before ordering is turned on. Awaiting approval means shoppers can see the store, but they cannot place an order yet.
Select the Storefront link outlined in red. This opens the customer-facing store at its public URL. -
Check your public store
On the public store page that just opened, check:
- The store name and message are correct.
- Every product you intend to sell appears.
- Product photos, names, colors, and sizes make sense.
- Prices are correct.
Open each product and choose a color and size. If something needs changing, use Edit and polish a product, then return to this step and refresh the storefront.
This is what shoppers see: the product image and details, price, color choices, and size selector. -
Confirm the products are ready to sell
- Under Products, confirm every item you intend to sell is enabled.
- Open each product and check the Sales price—what the shopper pays—and Profit.
- Confirm that the product belongs to this store and that the colors and needed sizes are available.
Use the account setup guide separately to review administrators, company address, and any payment or disbursement setup that applies to your organization.
Confirm the Sales price and Profit on each product you intend to sell. -
Turn on ordering
- Return to the store dashboard.
- In the orange message that says the store is not live, select click here.
- Review the Store Launch Guide and Terms of Service, then select the agreement checkbox.
- Select Make store live for orders.
- Return to the dashboard and confirm the status is Active.
After the store review is complete, use the link in the orange message to turn on ordering. Review the Store Launch Guide and Terms of Service, select the agreement checkbox, then select Make store live for orders. Return to the dashboard and verify that the status reads Active. -
Test the store as a signed-out shopper
- Open the Storefront link in a private browser window, or sign out before opening it. This prevents your account access from changing what you see.
- Open a product.
- Choose an available color and size.
- Add the product to the cart.
- Continue until the checkout page opens.
- Stop there. Do not place the order.
If a product cannot be selected, added to the cart, or taken to checkout, note the product and store names and contact our team before sharing the store.
In a signed-out or private window, choose a color and size, add the product to the cart, and confirm checkout opens. Do not place the order.
You’re done when
- The Storefront link opens the public store at its assigned URL.
- The products, colors, sizes, and Sales prices look right to a shopper.
- Every product you intend to sell is enabled and shows the correct Sales price and Profit.
- The store status is Active.
- In a signed-out or private browser window, you selected a color and size, added the product to the cart, and confirmed checkout opens without placing an order.
