01 · Human-built
A real person builds it with you.
Send your logo and a couple of brand colors. A real person sets up your products, checks every design will print well, and builds your whole store — live in about one business day. Design-it-yourself platforms give you the tools; we give you a person.
02 · Printed on demand
No minimums, no inventory, nothing to store.
Every order is printed on demand and shipped straight to each buyer’s door. No guessing sizes, no upfront order, no boxes waiting in a closet.
03 · Full print shop
Every method under one roof.
One item might call for embroidery, the next for dye sublimation. Because every method lives under our roof, each product gets the one that suits it best — including screen printing when a whole event needs shirts at once.

The honest comparison
Why not just do it yourself?
Print Your Cause is the full-service way to run a custom merch store: a real person builds the store with you, and a print professional reviews every design to make sure it prints the way it should. Do-it-yourself platforms print whatever gets uploaded — and with on-demand, your community sees the result before you do.
“It’s easy to do bad merch.” Any platform can print it and ship it. You’re the one standing in front of your community — we make sure what shows up makes you proud.

“Initially, I was impressed by the workload it would take off our marketing department, but throughout our time working with the PYC team I was thrilled with the turnaround time on orders, the competitive pricing, and the friendly customer service provided.”

Our story
It started with a fundraiser.
Founder Jayson Tompkins never imagined a volunteer shift at the Charleston Animal Society would change his career.
While helping with a fundraising event, he saw a problem common to nonprofits — excess inventory and minimal profit despite a ton of effort. So he rallied former software colleagues Adam Hickey and Jon Bell, and together they built Print Your Cause.
A platform built to take the risk and the waste out of fundraising.
We started with nonprofits — then grew to serve schools, teams, businesses, and gifting. Today it’s less about the fundraiser and more about the feeling: bringing people together around something they’re proud to wear. And we’re building toward something bigger: local print floors in neighborhoods across the country, each one proud of where it comes from — the way we’re proud of Charleston.
Ready when you are — and it starts with your logo.
Send it over. A real person on our team will reach out, hear what you’re making, and build your store with you — you approve everything before it goes live.
