The short version

What is a company merch store?

A company merch store is a branded online shop where employees, clients, and fans order your logo gear on demand. Print Your Cause builds the store for you — a real person, live in about one business day — and every order is printed when it’s placed and shipped straight to the buyer, with no minimums and no inventory.

Businesses run one store for employee gear, uniforms, new-hire kits, and client gifts — your colors and your logo, consistent across every office and every reorder.

Employees in matching custom branded apparel
Onboarding · New-hire gear
01 · Employee gear

Day one feels like belonging.

Welcome new hires with a branded kit they pick their own sizes for — shipped to their door before they start. And because nothing goes out of print, the person who joins in March wears the same gear as the team from September.

Custom team apparel printed in a full size range
Team apparel · Every size, on demand
02 · Uniforms

Uniforms, without the size spreadsheet.

Collecting sizes over email is a second job. Share the store link instead: each person orders approved pieces in their own size — embroidered polos, jackets, caps, tees — and reorders any time, year-round. Nothing piles up in a closet, because nothing is printed until someone orders it.

Custom branded drinkware ready for client gifting
Engraving & UV · Client gifts
03 · Gifting

Gifts your clients keep on their desk.

Engraved drinkware, premium apparel, and thoughtful pieces shipped straight to your client or employee list — no procurement project. Gift stores are our most popular program.

Your call

Who pays — the company or your people?

Both work, and there are no minimums either way. By default, employees, clients, and fans buy their own gear from your Print Your Cause store. When the company wants to cover it, bulk-order onboarding kits, holiday gifts, or event gear from the same store — or set a clothing allowance with split-pay for anything over it.

Default · Hands-off

Your people buy their own

Share the link and the store takes it from there: everyone orders what they want, when they want it, in their own size — shipped to their door. No budget line, no approvals queue.

Optional · Company-funded

The company covers it

Bulk-order for onboarding, holidays, and events from the same store — shipped to one address or drop-shipped to each person. Clothing allowances with split-pay are available too.

Either way: free to start, no minimums, no inventory.

How do you set up a company merch store?

Setting up a company merch store with Print Your Cause takes three steps: tell us about your company, a real person reaches out and builds your branded store with you, and you share one link with your team. The build takes about one business day, and it’s free to start.

  1. Step 01 · About 2 minutes

    Tell us about your company

Share your logo, your colors, and what you want in the store. No account needed, no commitment.

  2. Step 02 · About 1 business day

    A real person builds it

Your designer reaches out, hears what you need, then sets up the storefront and products with you. Everything comes to you for approval — tweak anything.

  3. Step 03 · Ongoing

    Share one link

Everyone orders their own size. Each piece is printed on demand and shipped straight to their door.

Beyond tees

What goes in a company store?

Most company stores start with tees, polos, caps, and hoodies, then add drinkware and engraved gifts. Print Your Cause prints with seven methods — DTG, DTF, dye sublimation, embroidery, UV printing, and laser engraving, plus screen printing for bulk — so polos get real stitching and gifts get real engraving.

Good to know

Company store questions.

How much does a company merch store cost?
A company merch store — sometimes called a company swag store — is free to start on our Starter plan. There is nothing to buy upfront and no minimum spend; items are simply paid for as people order them. Paid plans add extras like white-label store branding, and design help is available whenever you want it.
Do we need minimums or inventory?
No. Every item is printed on demand when someone orders it, then shipped directly to them — so there are no minimum quantities, no cases of shirts in a supply closet, and no leftover sizes to write off. When you do want quantity for an event, bulk ordering is available from the same store.
How long does it take to launch a company store?
About one business day. A real person at Print Your Cause designs your storefront and products from your logo and brand colors, then sends everything to you for approval. Review it, request tweaks, and share the link with your team — there is nothing to install or configure.
Who pays for the gear — the company or our employees?
That is your call. By default, employees, clients, and fans buy their own items, so the store runs itself day to day. Plenty of companies also fund it — bulk-ordering onboarding kits, holiday gifts, or event gear from the same store, or setting a clothing allowance with split-pay for anything over it.
Can the store work as a uniform ordering portal?
Yes. Staff open the link, pick approved items in their own size, and have them shipped to their door — no size spreadsheets and no boxes to sort. Because everything is printed on demand, a new hire can order the same polo months after launch and it will match the rest of the team.
What products can we put in a company store?
Most company stores start with tees, hoodies, embroidered polos, and caps, then add drinkware, tote bags, and engraved gifts. Print Your Cause builds the product lineup for you and can add or swap items any time, so you can offer a full range of styles and sizes without stocking a single one.
Can the store be branded as our own?
Yes. White-label store branding makes the storefront look and feel like part of your own site — your logo, your colors, your voice — so your team never feels handed off to a vendor. Store branding is a feature of our Premium plan.
How is Print Your Cause different from DIY print-on-demand platforms?
DIY swag platforms hand you software and leave the designing, building, and troubleshooting to you. Print Your Cause is done with you instead: a real person designs and builds your branded store, prints every order on demand, and answers when you have a question. No minimums, no inventory, and nobody on your team becomes the merch department.
