Three ways a team order can arrive
When a team needs custom apparel, delivery follows one of three routes:
- One bulk shipment. The whole order arrives at a single address and the organizer sorts and distributes it. This is the traditional route, and it works when everyone gathers in one place at one time. We offer bulk printing and shipping alongside our on-demand stores, with special bulk pricing on request — see the bulk order page for details.
- Grouped shipments. The order is split across a few destinations — one box per campus, branch, or region — and someone at each location hands items out. If this fits your team, mention the destinations when you talk to our team about a bulk order.
- Individual delivery. Every member receives their own package at their own address. There are two ways to get here, and one is much simpler than the other.
The simplest individual route: a team store
The easiest way to put apparel on every member's doorstep is not technically a bulk order at all. It is an online team store: each member picks their own size and style, pays for their own order, and has it shipped to their own address. There is no spreadsheet of sizes and addresses to collect, no stack of boxes in someone's garage, and no leftover inventory — every item is printed on demand and shipped directly to the buyer, with no minimums.
Individual delivery is the norm for these stores, not the exception. Distance is not a constraint either: in the last 12 months, supporter orders shipped to all 50 U.S. states — which matters when alumni, extended family, or far-flung members want the same gear.

Organizer-paid orders delivered to each recipient
Sometimes one payer wants to cover the whole order and still have each item delivered individually — sponsor-funded uniforms or staff appreciation gifts, for example. Shipping a single organizer-paid order to each recipient's address is available by arrangement for some orders. Whether it fits depends on the products and the specifics of your order, so confirm with our team before you buy, and expect to provide each recipient's size and delivery address.
Choosing the right route
If one person pays, the designs are fixed, and the team gathers at a single moment, a bulk shipment is usually the cleanest fit. If members should pick their own sizes and pay for themselves — or the group is spread across cities — a team store removes the collection work entirely. The two also combine: stores stay open year-round, so an organization can run a store for everyday access and place a bulk order for a specific event.
