This is completely up to you — we have stores that run for a few weeks for targeted fundraising purposes, as well as continuous online stores.

We print every order on demand and ship it straight to each person. You never order stock up front or hold inventory — make one item or a thousand.

We offer a variety of printing techniques to fit your needs: On demand, we print with Direct-to-Garment (DTG), Direct-to-Film (DTF), Dye Sublimation, Embroidery, UV Printing and Engraving. Screen printing is also available for bulk orders. Let us know your specific needs, and we’ll recommend the best option!

Vectorized (.ai, .eps, or .pdf) files or high resolution images (.png) are required. We can assist you with vectorizing, digitizing, or designing your logos if needed (additional fees may apply).

We do have a design team that can assist with any artwork needs. Design fees are billed based on time spent on a project — send us a message to get a quote!

We use weight-based shipping for orders placed on our platform. Unless otherwise specified, customers will have the ability to choose their shipping tier on the checkout page, which will determine the speed and price of shipping their order.

Our system calculates the wholesale price based on the product, decoration method, and number of print locations — you set the final sales price. Your organization makes 100% of the difference between the item cost and your sales price!

You keep 100% of the profits your store makes. Earnings over $50 are paid out automatically at the beginning of each quarter — and you can request a payout at any time, which we issue manually. Our payment options include check or ACH direct deposit.

Every plan includes unlimited products, unlimited designs, and all of our core print methods. Essential adds discounted pricing, artwork and design help, gifts and gift cards, an embeddable store, international shipping, and help from our merch team. Premium adds our best pricing, white-label store branding, Shopify & RENXT integrations, and a dedicated account manager.

Yes. Starter is $0 per month, and you only pay for products once they sell — so there’s nothing up front and nothing to lose by starting.
