Step-by-step guide

Sign in and find your store

Use the email address that was invited, open the correct organization, and enter the store that is already waiting for you.

  1. Open the invitation

    1. Find the Print Your Cause account invitation in the inbox for the email address you submitted.
    2. Check spam or promotions if it is not in the inbox.
    3. Select Accept Invitation.

The invitation is sent by Print Your Cause.

After accepting the invitation, choose Google or enter your email and password.
  2. Sign in with the invited email

Use the exact email address that received the invitation.

If you choose Google, confirm the Google account shown on screen matches the invitation. Your browser may automatically select a different signed-in Google account.

If you use email and password, complete email verification if requested, then return to the sign-in screen.

  3. Open your organization, then its existing store

Your account is the organization workspace. Its first store is already created and follows the same naming pattern: Account name + Store. Cedar Lantern Academy, for example, has Cedar Lantern Academy Store.

    1. Open the organization named in your invitation.
    2. Under Stores, find the existing store tile.
    3. Select Manage this store.

Do not choose Create a store just to begin. If the expected store is missing, ask our team to check the account before creating another one.

Choose the existing store tile labeled Manage this store.
  4. Know which screen you are using

The account page contains the organization’s stores, orders, artwork, and account settings. The store management page contains that store’s products, orders, and configuration.

On the store page, Products is where you build and edit items. Storefront opens the public store shoppers will use.

Awaiting approval is normal while a new store is being prepared. The launch guide will show you how to make it active when the store is ready.

This is the private store management page. Storefront opens the customer-facing store.

You’re done when

  • You are signed in with the same email address that was invited.
  • The account page shows the correct organization.
  • You opened the existing first store under Stores.
  • You know that Products is where you build items and Storefront opens the customer-facing store.

Cannot find your account or store?

Tell us the email address that received the invitation and the organization name you expected to see. Do not send your password.
