Explanation

A product disappeared after you chose a method

The method did not delete the product. It changed the catalog to show only products available for that production route.

The answer

Decide what matters more: the exact product or the finished decoration. If the product matters most, choose a method that supports it. If the method matters most, choose a compatible product from the filtered catalog.

Decoration technique filters the product catalog

Decoration technique is the builder’s label for how the artwork will be applied. Each technique works with a particular set of products, so the builder shows that technique’s catalog instead of every product in the system.

For example, engraving shows supported hard goods, while apparel appears under compatible apparel techniques. A missing shirt in the engraving catalog does not mean shirts are unavailable everywhere.

Choose what must stay fixed

Keep the product

The exact item matters most

Return to the method choice and see which available method supports that product. Then decide whether that finished result suits the artwork and use case.

Keep the method

The finished result matters most

Stay with the method and choose a compatible product from the catalog it shows.

Do not choose a method just to reveal a product

The selected method determines how the design will actually be produced.
