Once products have been added to my store. Can I edit the product in Shopify?
You can edit some of the properties in Shopify once a product has been added through the PYC portal. You CANNOT edit the SKU field or the vendor. If the SKU or the vendor is updated the integration will break, potentially causing decoration mistakes.
Is there a CSV import for products?
No. There is no CSV import. However we do have the ability to add multiple products at once using the “Add multiple products” (https://docs.google.com/document/d/1CCoZ1NWD9JI9ySJoFCEjjw5N8aG3CklT-RV3L7YVDis/edit?usp=sharing) feature in the PYC portal.
Can I duplicate products in Shopify?
No. If products are duplicated in Shopify this will cause the integration to break. Decoration mistakes could happen as a result. All products must be added through the PYC portal (https://docs.google.com/document/d/1ag1Ze6Gsc5o7FlX6OEsTRE05SCFvhvhpQfmZBpqGbYU/edit?usp=sharing)
