How to Access Invoices in the PYC Portal
Invoices summarize the charges to your on-demand orders. They can be viewed on your account page.
*The invoicing feature is currently only available to the campaigns with a Shopify integration.
1. To view your invoices, start on the Print Your Cause homepage and click on Login.
2. If you have only one account you will be directed to your account page. From your account page click on the invoices tile to view invoices.
* Note: If you have multiple accounts you will see a list of your accounts.
3. On the invoice page you will see the total invoiced and the date.
4. Click on the invoice id link to view more details on an invoice. In the upper right you will see a summary of the invoice, total amount, # orders, # items, # dtg items, and # 3PL items. Each order included in the invoice is listed below.
5. If you click on the receipt number link you will see specific details on the order
